Master of Business Administration​

    The MBA develops graduates with business knowledge, management competence, and decision-making ability. Students are expected to analyze business problems, apply knowledge in practice, lead organizations, and respond to market and technology change. The program also emphasizes ethics, social responsibility, and the integration of knowledge for sustainable business development. Overall, the MBA focuses on management practice, career development, and applied business skills for professionals and future managers.

Program Learning Outcome

(1) Apply business knowledge to solve problems and fulfill professional duties.
(2) Acquire knowledge in accounting, finance, marketing, strategy, organizational behavior, ethics, leadership, and sustainable development.
(3) Utilize digital data and information systems for decision-making and collaboration.
(4) Utilize both quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze and interpret business data.
(5) Utilize decision-making tools to select a solution under specified resources and risk constraints.
(6) Prepare business reports, summarize research findings, and organize team activities.
(7) Uphold academic and professional ethics in learning and work, and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
(8) Summarize how ethical frameworks and ESG guidelines guide stakeholder impact considerations.
(9) Implement personal learning and career development plans through guided practical experiences and project work.
